Optimising the land’s original greenery and landscape, eCO offers five residential lifestyles – SOHO, Suite, Loft, Condominium and Townhouse. A joint venture between Far East Organization, Frasers Centrepoint Limited and Sekisui House Limited, the ecologically-designed project was introduced in 2012, becoming the first private residential development project to be launched at the Bedok South area in the last three decades. This meticulous addition allows the reuse of rainwater in water features and irrigation of the landscape. At full capacity, this reserve of water will be able to irrigate gardens and landscaping in eCO for three days.

There is also a dedicated community plot for residents to grow and harvest vegetables, fruits and herbs. For more personal enjoyment of eCO’s lush foliage, every unit has a balcony that extends the living area into the natural greenery of the development.
