Managing a portfolio of over 250 developments is no small feat, but Far East Organization’s Central Engineering Management System (CEMS) makes it manageable. This system streamlines preventive and corrective maintenance work, ensuring our properties remain in optimal condition with minimal disruptions for our tenants.



All-in-One Convenience: oneFarEast App

In a market saturated with apps, the oneFarEast app distinguishes itself as a comprehensive digital platform catering to our customers' needs. Whether scheduling maintenance services, booking facilities, or accessing property documents, this app integrates various services into one user-friendly interface, reflecting the Organization’s commitment to convenience and efficiency.

The oneFarEast app was also recognised by prestigious SG Mark Award 2024 in the Experience Design category. This accolade, achieved with contributions from the Group IT Digital Lab, Corporate Affairs, and the agency Codigo Singapore, highlights customer-centricity at the heart of its design.



Hospitality Meets Automation: Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Together with our hospitality arm, Far East Hospitality (FEH), we are also transforming the hospitality industry with Robotic Process Automation (RPA). By introducing automation within the Central Reservations Office, it serves to simplify routine reservation processes. This innovation has reduced human errors and enhanced service quality, allowing the hospitality team to handle a growing volume of bookings efficiently and focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
