Intergalactic Dreams

The mural is a fresh interpretation of modern street art on aged-old buildings, and a creative fusion of East meets West and Old meets New. The overall artwork is inspired by Chinese blue and white porcelain and landscape paintings from the Yuan Dynasty, with western elements added through Jahan’s iconic spaceman. The objects were magnified to show how monumental these old shophouses were, creating something unexpected to the audience.
